Bad weather conditions prevented at the Narita airport as scheduled.

Bad weather conditions yesterday prevented the first A380 flight to Tokyo from landing at the Narita airport as scheduled. This first flight –operated by Singapore Airlines- was meant to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the Narita airport but had to be redirected to Nagoya instead. The superjumbo was still able to show up at Narita at the end of the morning. AFP (20/05)
