The investigation over insider trading allegations at EADS shifts to judicial procedure
Noel Forgeard, the former co-CEO of EADS, was kept in custody by French police since Wednesday and sent to the judges yesterday night. According to concomitant sources, he might eventually be charged. The 16 other former and present EADS managers involved in the insider trading probe should be summoned in the few coming days. According to Les Echos, Louis Gallois himself acknowledged that half the members of the executive committees of EADS and Airbus are targeted by the ongoing probe –notably Thomas Enders, Fabrice Bregier, Stephan Zoller or Francois Auque. The newspaper wonders what would happen if they faced the same developments as Noel Forgeard, and if they could be maintained at their jobs during possible legal procedures.
