Toulouse-based aerospace supplier Latecoere warned that the weakness of the dollar will lead to 1,000 job losses in France as more subcontracting work will be transferred to low-cost countries in coming years. The company’s Chairman, Francois Junca, said there will be no job cuts at Latecoere but the group will axe jobs at its subcontractors. AFP (01/07)
