BH Airlines offers to sell 49% of its capital in exchange for a new plane

Bosnian national carrier BH Airlines offers to sell 49% of its capital in exchange for a new plane. The airline currently operates two ATR 72 aircraft. Under its proposal, the interested candidates for a stake in BH Airlines must commit to buying a new 100-seat-plus aircraft, or to paying for an Airbus A319-100 the carrier has already ordered and for which it has paid € 1.8M in advance.
